On this trip, we will document—across 10 episodes—life at three distinct resorts on three private islands in the Maldives, all part of a locally-owned group. Three concepts catering to three different styles of tourism:

The Seychelles: a natural paradise seen from a privileged vantage point. Aboard a catamaran, we explore the main islands and marine parks across ten 24-minute episodes. From colorful fish and lush flora highlighting local biodiversity to walking alongside ancient giant tortoises, we strive to capture the true beauty of these locations. Structured as a daily travel diary, this land-and-sea project also features an Italian chef who reinterprets local recipes with an Italian twist. Filmed in an open-air kitchen using locally sourced ingredients, these segments add a unique gastronomic dimension to the series. This isn't your typical documentary series, but rather a crossover between a cooking show and exotic storytelling.
Everyone loves fine cuisine, and pastry even more so—especially when it meets the world of luxury. I am beginning a pilot episode for a new series exploring high-end pastry paired with the luxury lifestyle, taking the journey across the globe.
In collaboration with the Cuban Tourism Board, we flew to the stunning island of Cuba to travel across it from north to south, producing 10 television documentaries of 24 minutes each, focused on high-end hotels and exclusive destinations, with the aim of promoting an island that in recent years has faced significant negative media coverage in the tourism sector, often without real justification.
Undoubtedly, the situation is not entirely rosy. The embargo creates challenges at every level, particularly for the local population, which today can find a viable economic solution mainly through tourism. This results in visitors being well protected and welcomed by a warm and courteous people, who take great care in offering attentive and genuine hospitality.
All of this unfolds within the timeless charm of an island full of contradictions, where—between a Hemingway-style daiquiri and a pink Cadillac—time seems to stand still, and one can enjoy a fine cigar while gazing at vast murals set in unspoiled valleys.

A series of 24-minute - 12 episodes in the most iconic and lesser-known locations of the splendid Abruzzo region, showcasing its tourist and cultural aspects. A month-long production for the entire region including typical food products, art and culture.
2025 begins immediately with a trip to Spain for the first shots and scouting for the next series on the celebrations of the Spanish Holy Week, a very important moment of celebration for the nation that stops and celebrates for a whole week to celebrate Easter. Granada, Valencia and Malaga are the cities identified for the filming of these festivities.
Starting from the legendary Bangkok, where cultures, mysticism, future and tradition meet, we moved north towards Cambodia to film a Thailand that is not the beautiful one of pristine beaches and turquoise waters, but rather that of small villages where it is possible to identify with peasant life by actively taking part in it, where the traditions of weaving and ceramics are still the main activities, albeit with an eye on sustainable tourism. From here, passing (and staying on beautiful barges without electricity lulled by the waters) on the sadly famous River Kwai and its tragic bridge, towards Sukhothai and the main temple areas, where writing arrived in Thailand from Cambodia, where the imposing temples stand out colorfully in the sky. Accompanied by the tourism board and some members of the government who facilitated our permits, which compared to my last visit have become much more stringent, a beautiful trip with the support of Thai Airways for a series of imminent releases.

Tanzania is a place that any lover of Africa has in mind, with its mountains that are the symbol of the continent itself and the largest reserves of the entire continent. Outside of its chaotic capital, Dar, there are a myriad of islands large or small, reachable by small planes, that perfectly embody the concept of natural paradise. In this series of 5 episodes we have talked about a salt mine, an incredible place where tons of salt of different qualities are manually produced that then ends up on our tables, the island of Mafia and the beautiful island of Chole, with its houses on baobabs, the majestic trees that local legends say are gifts from the gods.

In this long tour in South Africa, divided into two trips between July and October, we shot a really interesting series of documentaries on some of the most luxurious lodges on the entire continent, surrounded by the beauty of South African nature but even more by the passion of the people who work there. We ranged from the borders of Botswana surrounded by elephants to the penguins of Cape Town, exploring the largest biodiversity reserve in Africa, the Finbos, following the path of whales, spotting them aboard ships of conservation associations. We slept on a train suspended on a bridge in the magnificent Kruger National Park, the magnificent Kruger Shalati, followed botanists and artists in the Grootbos, explored the beauty of Cape Town and slept in a castle in Knysna. A series to be savored all in one breath for those who want to discover incredible places to stay. Even more importantly, we learned how tourism, if ethical and sustainable even if luxury, can really help change burdensome situations by reversing the trend: reserves are allowing many almost extinct species to increase in number, entire contaminated or poorly cared for areas are now very rich areas full of biodiversity where alien species introduced in the past are carefully eradicated, the economy of places where poverty reigned has now returned to function by guaranteeing education, healthcare and work. In short, a trip that filled us with emotions not only for the beauty of the places and for the splendid animals but also for the hope that things can really change for the better by helping everyone.
